Preview Policy

Titles are available on a 14 day free preview for the cost of delivery, to all qualified educational institutions. All preview orders are sent out with an invoice.

No claims or returns can be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers are liable for the cost of return post charges and are liable for the cost of goods returned damaged and/or marked and/or scratched.

We advise all customers to obtain a certificate of posting when returning our goods. Should the parcel be lost in transit it would be required to obtain a credit in full. The certificate of posting must show the name of our company, the date of despatch, and have an official post mark. All returns should include paperwork quoting invoice number, name and address of the school and reason for return.

Preview times can be extended, please contact orders@pumpkin-interactive.co.uk to arrange for an extension.

Programmes sent out for preview are for professional assessment purposes only. They may not be screened to a class or any other audience unless they have been purchased. All programmes remain the property of Pumpkin Interactive until paid for in full.

No returns will be accepted from international customers.
