We're extremely excited to be releasing our second new interactive resource. Tectonics - processes and landforms interactive. This resource begins by explaining how seismologists record earthquakes. Students then combine ArcGIS (subscription not required) with current USGS earthquake data to map the location and magnitude of recent quakes. We go on to explore how recent research has contributed to the development of the theory of plate tectonics before explaining and examining the processes and landforms at constructive, destructive and conservative plate margins. It's available exclusively to Streaming Library subscribers but can be accessed FREE of charge until the end of June with our Free Streaming Library Trial.
